Donate NowI am Olga Shevchenko and I was born and raised in the Ukraine in a town called Boryspil (near Kiev). About 10 years ago I moved to Belgium with my husband and 2 children. We still have a lot of family and friends left all over the Ukraine.
We want to help the people in the Ukraine by delivering the items they need the most at the moment. We have two old Volkwagen vans available for transporting these items. One is from my husband and the other one is from friends. We will make several drives to and from the Ukraine (and as much as needed). Also we will support the locals the best we can financially.
Every donation, small or big, is very welcome and will be put to great use! We know we live in a difficult world, but we ask for your kindness and let's help the people of the Ukraine together! Small things, can make a difference!
People living in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kostyantynivka are no strangers to war, but Russia's invasion has left them fearing for the future. The city is located in the Donetsk region, near the frontlines.
Part of the region has been in the hands of Kremlin-backed separatists since 2014, while the rest is controlled by the Ukrainian government. At least for the time being..

For our first trip to the Ukraine we brought our two Volkswagen vans to the garage for a full check-up. Obviously we do not wat to have car troubles during our trips. Furthermore we have to start sorting all the goods we have so far now. As it stands now, we will be making at least two full round trips to the Ukraine!
Together with my son I managed to get a website online pretty fast. I had several ideas about the website and he put it all together and created this perfect website! Note: we thought it was appropiate to use the Ukrainian flag as an image for this. Still al lot of to do in regards to the website.
Yes! We only use a small amount to cover our costs (gas and toll fee's). The rest will all be used for helping the people of the Ukraine in every way possible!
Truth to be told; no. We have enough clothing for the time being. If things change we will obviously mention this on our website. Please check back.
We (my son) is looking into this to see what alternatives there are. Maybe bank wire transfer and cryptocurrency donating methods will be added.
Me and my husband have lived in the Ukraine for many years, so we know how hard life can be. And we also have a lot family and friends over there (still).
We are happy with everything we receive. With the money we will cover our costs (see left) and the rest will be used to mainly purchase medicine and (canned) food.
When we are still in Belgium, ofcourse. Otherwise my daughter (who will stay behind) look after the website in the meantime and post updates whenever possible.
